Position Summary
The successful candidate will assist the Transaction Team with sourcing, acquiring and selling assets and portfolios across continental Europe. Working on the underwriting, due diligence and documentation-related process, including preparation of investment memos, while dealing with internal and external counsel and other technical experts.Key Responsibilites
- Assist in the Transaction Team with acquisitions and disposals of land and real estate assets.
- Heavily involved in the underwriting and analysis of prospective and live deals
- Ensure that all transactions-related documents are in accordance with expected business terms and in line with company guidelines.
- Drive the preparation of investment memos for Investment Committee approval.
- Assist with the coordination with internal and external counsel to review and approve all documents related to the investment process.
- Coordination the due diligence process.
- Support in the negotiations: LOI and SPA drafting
Your profile
- Relevant university degree.
- Ideally around 1-3 years of relevant transactions experience.
- Broad background in investment structures and analysis.
- Familiarity with real estate development economic and real estate cash flow models.
- Well organized and detail oriented.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Can manage, schedule and meet timelines with little supervision.
- Fluent English.
