As one of the nation's leading health systems, ChristianaCare is transforming how healthcare is delivered across the communities we serve. We are seeking an exceptional executive leader to join our organization as Vice President, Design & Construction and Real Estate, a role with significant strategic influence over the spaces, campuses, and infrastructure that enable world-class patient care and caregiver excellence. Developing high-performing teams and cultivating strong partnerships with architects, developers, contractors, brokers, attorneys, and community stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with operational discipline and possesses the confidence to engage in complex boardroom discussions while remaining deeply connected to execution.
