Job Description Lead client relationships and business development initiatives across strategic accounts, identifying growth opportunities, developing consulting proposals, influencing senior stakeholders, and expanding Visa Consulting & Analytics' revenue and impact with clients Build strong relationships with client stakeholders. Facilitate workshops and working sessions. Understand client priorities and business challenges. Present recommendations to senior management. Support realization of client outcomes and business impact Support proposal development and opportunity identification. Contribute to scope definition and project planning. Develop commercial hypotheses and business cases. Partner with Account Executives and Client Services teams to originate new engagements Lead end-to-end project delivery, working cross-functionally with other Visa teams to bring a holistic solution to our clients leveraging Visa’s rich value-added services (VAS) from functions such as Marketing, Products, Risk, and Merchant Solutions. Lead project workstreams and day-to-day engagement activities. Structure client problems and develop hypotheses. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis. Develop recommendations and business cases. Create executive-ready presentations and deliverables. Support implementation planning and execution Develop propositions by closely working with Account Executives in managing the scope of work and project timelines Work across advisory practices (Risk, Digital, Portfolio Optimization, Merchants) to execute engagements across the VCA verticals. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Qualifications 6+ years of experience in consulting, financial services, payments, banking, fintech, analytics, strategy, or digital transformation. Experience leading project workstreams and managing stakeholders. Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation capabilities. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
