Account Supervisor, Health.

REMOTEPEOPLE & OPS$68K–96K/YR
We are in relentless pursuit of an equitable and inspiring workplace that is respectful of all, reflects and represents the world in which we live, and fosters trust, collaboration and belonging. Consistent with this approach, we hire the best qualified candidates for all positions. About the Role At Edelman Health, we believe health is everyone's business. We help some of the world's most recognized brands build trust, spark meaningful conversations, and connect with consumers in ways that make a real impact. We're looking for an Account Supervisor to join our growing U.S. Health team, supporting one of the most recognized names in healthcare and retail. This is an exciting opportunity for a communications professional who loves bringing consumer stories to life, building strong client relationships, and turning creative ideas into meaningful results. From earned media campaigns and product storytelling to influencer engagement and experiential activations, you'll help shape how consumers discover and connect with products that are part of their everyday lives. Whether your background is in consumer PR, retail, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or healthcare communications, we're interested in the perspective and experience you bring. If you're someone who takes ownership, thrives on collaboration, and is always thinking a few steps ahead, we'd love to meet you. Who You Are You're a proactive, detail-oriented communications professional who knows how to keep projects moving, clients informed, and teams aligned. You bring curiosity, sound judgment, and a solutions-oriented mindset to everything you do. You enjoy working across different teams, can manage competing priorities without losing sight of the details, and take pride in delivering thoughtful, high-quality work. Most importantly, you don't just wait for the next assignment. You anticipate what's needed, identify opportunities, and help turn ideas into action. What You'll Do Own day-to-day client relationships, leading meetings, managing communications, and providing proactive counsel that builds trust and keeps projects moving forward. Drive consumer-focused communications campaigns, supporting earned media, product storytelling, influencer engagement, and integrated PR initiatives. Develop compelling content, including press releases, media pitches, messaging, executive narratives, and strategic communications materials. Manage projects from planning through execution, overseeing timelines, deliverables, action items, and quality control while consistently meeting deadlines. Collaborate across integrated teams, coordinating with creative, digital, social, and other specialists to deliver cohesive, impactful work. Support media outreach and experiential activations, including product mailer programs, reporter and influencer engagement, and in-person events. Bring fresh ideas and strategic thinking, identifying opportunities, anticipating challenges, and helping clients connect with consumers in relevant and meaningful ways. Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture, sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and embracing diverse perspectives. Basic Qualifications A minimum of 4 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related field, ideally within an agency or in-house communications team. A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience in consumer PR, consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, or healthcare communications, with an understanding of how brands engage consumer audiences. Strong client and account management skills, with experience independently managing projects, priorities, and stakeholder communications. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines with exceptional attention to detail, organization, and accountability. Strong writing and storytelling skills, including experience developing media materials, messaging, and integrated communications content. Experience supporting earned media campaigns, media pitching, product launches, or influencer engagement. A proactive, solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to anticipate client needs and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams. Experience with retail or store brands, in-person events, team coordination, or account budgets is a plus. Curiosity about emerging technologies, including the use of AI tools to improve workflows, enhance content development, and create more time for strategic thinking. Compensation $68,000 – $96,000 a year An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
