Position Overview DV's Growth Accounts pillar is responsible for the development of EMEA's broad client base outside the region's top strategic accounts: brand advertisers ranging from established mid-tier spenders through to newly onboarded relationships, together representing one of DV's largest sources of future strategic accounts. As Junior Client Partner, Growth Accounts: EMEA, you will join the Dubai hub as an early-career member of the Growth Accounts team. You will support a defined set of clients, working alongside a Senior Business Director and under the direct guidance of your Group Director. You will help to retain and grow these accounts, and you will build the commercial skills and client relationships to progress into a full Client Partner role. Many Growth Accounts relationships are still being built, so this is a strong place to learn. You will gain hands-on exposure to how DV's footprint expands from a single point of entry into a multi-product partnership. Your focus will be to understand each client's business, spot where DV could add more value, and bring well-researched ideas to your Group Director and the wider team. You will support day-to-day account management. That includes preparing for client meetings, keeping account plans and pipeline records accurate, tracking renewals and opportunities, and building relationships with day-to-day client contacts. You will take on more ownership as your experience grows. The ideal candidate is curious, organised and commercially minded, with early experience in digital media, adtech or a client-facing role. You are keen to learn the digital advertising ecosystem, you take feedback well, and you are motivated to build a long-term career in client partnership. Success in this role is measured by how quickly you develop and the quality of your contribution. That includes the accuracy and timeliness of your account and pipeline management, the quality of your client preparation and follow-up, the opportunities you identify and help to progress, and your growing ownership of your accounts. This role reports to a Senior Business Director, Growth Accounts, and is based in DV's Dubai hub, with travel to clients and colleagues in the region as needed. Responsibilities Support a Senior Business Director and Group Director in managing a portfolio of Growth Accounts clients, acting as a day-to-day point of contact for client queries and operational requests Take ownership of a small number of smaller or newly onboarded accounts as you build experience, with guidance from your Senior Business Director Contribute to account plans for clients in your portfolio by gathering data and insight, and by flagging opportunities to expand product adoption and grow share of client investment Help to track revenue, renewals and pipeline across your accounts, and raise any risk or concern with your Senior Business Director early Prepare for client meetings and business reviews by pulling together performance data, drafting materials and agreeing clear objectives with your manager beforehand Attend client meetings, take clear notes, and follow up promptly on actions and commitments Build relationships with day-to-day client contacts, such as marketing and campaign managers, and gradually widen your network within each account Support work with the agencies that manage your clients' media, helping to keep DV's position consistent on both the client and agency side Spot early signs of upsell, cross-sell or account risk, and bring them to your Group Director with supporting evidence Work with colleagues in Agency Partnerships, Product Solutions & Enablement and other teams to resolve client needs and share learnings Keep account and pipeline records in Salesforce accurate and up to date, so that your manager has reliable visibility into account health Build your knowledge of DV's products and the wider digital advertising ecosystem through training, shadowing and regular feedback Take part in client and industry events, learning from senior colleagues as you build your professional profile Bring DV's PACT values to life in your work: proactive, accountable, collaborative and transparent with clients and colleagues alike Travel occasionally to meet clients and colleagues in person, in Dubai and the wider region Requirements 1-3+ years of experience in digital media, adtech or a client-facing role such as account management, client services, sales support or media operations. A genuine interest in digital advertising and a developing understanding of programmatic, brand safety, measurement and verification Existing regional experience is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, and confidence engaging with clients at manager level Good organisation and attention to detail, with a systematic approach to tracking tasks, commitments and opportunities A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn, ask questions and act on feedback A collaborative approach to working with colleagues across product, agency partnerships and other teams Some exposure to working with agency partners is helpful but not essential Bachelor's degree or comparable experience Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite. Salesforce experience is a plus Occasional travel may be required. Based in Dubai, hybrid setup with a minimum of 3 days in the office The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits. Not-so-fun fact: Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of job criteria, women and other marginalized groups tend to only apply when they check every box. So if you think you have what it takes but you’re not sure that you check every box, apply anyway! Introduce yourself to our recruiters and we'll get in touch if there's a role that seems like a good match. DV provides the industry’s leading Media Effectiveness Platform.
