Perform cleaning verification swabbing and analysis of results for trending. HACCP monitoring and verification. Process auditing. oPRP verification of monitoring. Verification of process control and quality assurance activities. Work closely with operations to verify proper procedures are being followed. Verify Allergen Control measures are being performed and documented. Use of Excel and other tools to track and trend data.
