Collaborate with Operations and Customer Support teams to execute structured operational handover and transition to business-as-usual (BAU). C. Identify delivery bottlenecks and workflow inefficiencies, recommending practical solutions to enhance operational agility and customer onboarding velocity. Facilitate post-implementation reviews and retrospectives to document lessons learned and integrate findings into future delivery cycles.
