Role Overview: Assist in updating Quality Management System (QMS) and Safety Management System (SMS) documents or files to ensure it is current. Support QMS and SMS audit related audit by organizing records, preparing checklists and documents. Assist in ensuring timely closure of corrective and preventive actions. Analyze safety and quality data to identify recurring issues, trends, and areas for improvement. Carry out quality related tasks or project as assigned by Lead QA Engineer. Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is an undergraduate who can commit to a 12 to 24 Weeks internship so as to maximize the learning opportunity and allow for in-depth hands on experiences. Required Qualification: Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical, Quality Management or equivalent. Good verbal and written English and Malay. Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 12 to 24 Weeks Preferred Qualifications: Proficient in MS office suites (office, word, excel, powerpoint). Good time management and strong organizational skills, with ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
