As a Brand Marketing Executive, you will be part of the Brand Marketing team and will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives to grow Kredivo’s presence and business with merchants.
You will work closely with Business Development, merchants, vendors, and other internal teams to understand the overall merchant business, identify growth opportunities, and develop relevant marketing initiatives that can drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and GMV.
This role requires a combination of business understanding, hands-on execution, stakeholder management, and analytical thinking. You will also have the opportunity to work directly with business owners and support the development of pilot programs that can potentially be scaled into larger marketing initiatives.
About the Job :
- Develop, manage, and execute marketing initiatives for merchants based on their business objectives, customer profile, and growth opportunities.
- Work closely with Business Development and merchant owners to understand the overall business, commercial priorities, customer journey, and key business challenges.
- Build strong relationships and communicate directly with business owners and key merchant stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for collaboration.
- Translate merchant and business insights into relevant marketing strategies, initiatives, and activation plans.
- Develop and pilot new marketing programs with selected merchants, evaluate their effectiveness, and identify opportunities to scale successful initiatives into larger marketing programs.
- Lead end-to-end execution of marketing programs, including planning, coordination, vendor management, on-ground execution, and post-program evaluation.
- Develop and execute brand visibility initiatives across merchant stores and other relevant touchpoints to increase Kredivo brand exposure and drive business results.
- Work closely with Creative, Business Development, vendors, and other relevant functions to ensure marketing initiatives are executed effectively and in line with brand guidelines.
- Monitor program performance and analyze data to evaluate business impact, including contribution to GMV and other relevant business metrics.
- Prepare performance reports and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for future programs.
- Use data to support merchant prioritization, program evaluation, and decision-making.
- Be willing to travel to different cities and merchant locations to conduct merchant visits, understand local business dynamics, and support on-ground program execution.
- Manage marketing expenses within agreed budgets and work with partners and vendors to maximize efficiency.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
About You :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing, Brand Activation, Account Management, Business Development, or Event Activation role.
- Comfortable communicating and building relationships with business owners, merchants, and senior stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives from planning through execution and evaluation.
- Strong interest in understanding businesses beyond the marketing function, including commercial
objectives, customer behavior, and business challenges. - Experience in developing or executing marketing programs, brand activations, events, or merchant-facing initiatives.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly hands-on environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into business insights.
- Willingness to travel frequently to different cities and merchant locations.
- High initiative, ownership, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- A good understanding of the fintech or consumer brand landscape is highly preferred.
- Fluency in verbal and written English and Bahasa.
- Basic SQL knowledge is a strong plus. Candidates without SQL experience are welcome, but must be willing and motivated to learn, as the role will require working with basic SQL queries and data analysis on a regular basis.
