About the Position

The Senior Project Manager will oversee a major earthmoving and underground utilities project associated with a large industrial plant in the Nashville, Tennessee, area. With project value exceeding $100 million, this individual will provide senior-level leadership across all phases of construction, from planning and procurement through execution and closeout.

  • Project Closeout: Coordinate final documentation, quantity reconciliation, outstanding change orders, and project turnover to support successful completion.

Requirements

  • Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, quantity tracking, progress billing, and project documentation.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate multiple project managers, field leaders, and external stakeholders.
