Why We Stand Out

Seeking a career-defining opportunity where your leadership, strategic vision, and client expertise are recognized and rewarded? Kaufman Rossin might be just the place for you.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and partnering closely with the Chief Information Officer and firm leadership, you’ll lead our project managers and business analysts while driving technology implementations, process improvements, and organizational change.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys understanding how the business works, staying close to the details, and improving the experience of our clients and colleagues.

  • Lead and develop project managers and business analysts, setting priorities, removing roadblocks, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery.
  • Oversee multiple firm-wide initiatives, balancing scope, timelines, resources, and business impact while staying actively involved in requirements, planning, testing, and rollout.
  • Lead the operational side of technology implementations, from selection and requirements through deployment, adoption, and ongoing optimization, in partnership with the CIO and IT team.

  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and best practices, and implement process improvements across departments.
  • Establish business plans, key performance indicators, and performance targets; monitor results through reporting, audits, and scorecards.
  • Ensure compliance with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality programs while identifying and addressing operational risks.
  • Oversee team hiring, staffing, training, performance discussions, and career development, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and the financial performance of operational initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Partner with the COO and firm leadership on strategic and growth initiatives that enhance the client and colleague experience.

  • A hands-on leadership style, strong emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, supported by sound judgment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with partners, executives, and staff.
  • Proficiency with project management and operational reporting tools.
  • Availability for occasional travel to support leadership alignment, training, and firm-wide initiatives.
