Key Responsibilities
- Delivering friendly and efficient customer service.
- Taking customer orders and handling cash and card transactions accurately.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming restaurant environment.
- Replenishing stock and ensuring service areas are always well-stocked.
- Support front-of-house, middle-of-house, and back-of-house operations as required.
- Assisting with basic food preparation and order assembly when required.
- Following food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
- Working closely with your team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Supporting guests and resolving queries professionally and positively.
- Cleaning of designated areas such as storerooms, kitchen etc.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) with bachelor’s degree endorsement (University Exemption) required.
- Previous experience as a Cashier, Front of House Team Member, Middle of House Team Member
- Experience in customer service, restaurant, retail, hospitality, or food service environment
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping people.
- Within 15km from job
- Clear criminal record
- Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must be able to perform physically active duties and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
