Your Tasks You take over the local construction management and lead the contractors involved from the preparation phase to project completion. You coordinate all trades and monitor the workflows regarding deadlines and quality. You conduct meetings with contractors and other stakeholders; from the tender negotiations to the construction meetings and billing. You are the point of contact for external and internal clients, architects, specialist planners, authorities, contractors, and craftsmen. What Sets You Apart Thanks to your training as a federal certified construction manager, technician HF in civil engineering, or a comparable qualification, you bring the technical expertise for demanding construction projects. Several years of professional experience as a construction manager in Switzerland have provided you with solid expertise in the realization of construction projects. SIA standards are part of your everyday life. Experience in the tendering phase is an advantage. You are open to digital working methods and naturally use MS Office as well as construction administration software (e.g., Provis, Bluebeam, or Dalux). In negotiations and the coordination of various stakeholders, you keep an overview and find pragmatic solutions. You enjoy working in a team and impress with your initiative, communication skills, and structured working style.
