Support suppliers in reaching optimum quality and industrial standards of excellence in generators. Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise within their discipline. May require strong commercial awareness, and is expected to influence the development of strategy within own area, including control of resources and influences policy formulation. May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' options on particular topics. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent Significant experience in Engineering or Supplier Quality or Manufacturing or relevant experience Good technical knowledge of Generators and quality Strong product knowledge of turbo generators Working knowledge in Quality / Risk Assessment / RCA /Qualification / Commodity Assessment / Non - Conformance Excellent command of English in both written and verbal communication What will make you stand out Ability to understand and improve complex processes in a cross-functional environment. Financial acumen, knowledge of pricing, costing and product accounting. Ability to work effectively across functions. Fluency in German is a plus Excellent written/oral communication in English and interpersonal skills, customer focused, enthusiastic. Outstanding interpersonal, Strong communication skills, capable of influencing and driving regional counterparts. Willingness and ability to travel >40% of the time Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market and execute programs.
