Role Description Team Lead IPC, Overhalla Job Purpose Plan and coordinate day to day activities for the team Be team members closest operational lead short time leave and absence need for overtime related to maintaining operation activities WinTid We are looking for a candidate with a broad understanding for quality test program and operational activities in IPC-laboratory, and would like to develop and expand into people management by taking on a role as team leader. Core Responsibilities Plan, initiate and execute activities for the team according to production plans, procedures and GMP/GDP Follow up and optimize team members workload and efficiency at a daily frequency Team responsible GMP/GDP excellence included training Maintain a positive and process focused relationship across the PHQ/Zoetis organization Cooperate closely with Department manager to optimize work-sharing May be assigned new responsibilities within function and company needs Key Skills Good operational overview of the department activities and responsibilities Effective / good leadership and guidance according to our core values Communication skills across department/function Good knowledge of GMP and current guidelines Process and improvement focus Behaviours Continue to develop your-self and the plant within your core responsibilities and share your knowledge amongst your colleagues.
