LUXASIA Group, the leading omnichannel partner for beauty and luxury lifestyle brand distribution, retail, and e-commerce in Asia Pacific, is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an E-Commerce Operations Executive on a 6 months contract basis. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting our e-commerce operations and ensuring the smooth execution of our online initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts receivables monitoring
- Responsible for managing the accounts receivable
- Review outstanding of accounts receivables and address billing issues, payment discrepancy, dispute...etc
- Work with Commercial Brand team and Share Service Team to clear all the discrepancies on timely basis
- Download platform reports on weekly or monthly basis
- Support on ad hoc task as required
Other financial task
- Assist in preparing brand or P/L analysis and spreadsheets
- Support on ad hoc task as required
Requirements
- Good command of English Language both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP experience is an added advantage
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
- Fast learner with a hands-on approach and a sense of ownership in task completion.
- Responsible and committed to meeting timelines and delivering quality work
- A good team player and ability to work independently and under pressure
