You'll manage day-to-day HR operations, drive service quality, and help scale our Tier 1 HR function as Wolt expands globally.</p> <h2><strong>What you'll do</strong></h2> <p><strong>Team leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and mentor a team of ~10 People Associates</li> <li>Set goals, monitor performance, and run regular evaluations</li> <li>Ensure the team follows company policies and procedures</li> </ul> <p><strong>HR service delivery</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee handling of HR inquiries from employees across multiple countries</li> <li>Act as the first escalation point for complex issues and ensure timely resolution</li> </ul> <p><strong>Knowledge transfer & launches</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with Tier 2 HR and the business to transition processes into Tier 1</li> <li>Own process documentation and knowledge transfer milestones</li> <li>Ensure coverage is in place for all country deliverables</li> </ul> <p>O<strong>perational excellence</strong></p> <ul> <li>Improve HR processes and systems for efficiency and accuracy</li> <li>Drive adoption of manager and employee self-service tools</li> <li>Support Workday onboarding and data accuracy</li> <li>Collaborate with Payroll to ensure timely, accurate salary payments</li> </ul> <p><strong>Team development & continuous improvement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Create development opportunities that grow the team's skills</li> <li>Identify process gaps and implement improvements based on team and employee feedback</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What we're looking for</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Based in Hungary, able to work from the Budapest office 3+ days/week</li> <li>Curiosity about AI and automation in HR service delivery, with a track record of using new tools to improve efficiency and accuracy</li> <li>Fluent English (written and spoken)</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field</li> <li>Proven people management experience with a focus on team development</li> <li>Background in employee lifecycle processes and HR service delivery</li> <li>Familiarity with HR metrics and ERP systems; Workday experience is a plus</li> <li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li> </ul> <p><iframe src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/GoL541_xj9w" width="560" height="314"></iframe></p><div class="content-conclusion"><h2><span data-sheets-root="1">Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion</span></h2> <p><span data-sheets-root="1">We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities.
