What You'll Do
- Support Danish-speaking customers via phone, email and/or chat
- Answer questions about products, services and customer accounts
- Resolve customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Deliver a positive customer experience
- Work alongside colleagues from different countries and backgrounds
Requirements
- Fluent Danish, both written and spoken
- Good English communication skills
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills
- A customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to relocate to Portugal
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not always required
