- Handle customer information responsibly and accurately
- Follow up on enquiries and work with your team to resolve issues

- Fluent Dutch and good English
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- A reliable, organised, and customer-focused approach
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential
