- Contribute to the structural design of industrial projects across various sectors.
- Ensure all assigned projects are executed in line with our quality management system.
- Support a collaborative, multidisciplinary design process by working across various engineering disciplines.
- Understand and respond effectively to client needs and expectations.
- Stay updated on industry standards, guidelines, and emerging technologies, and share relevant insights with your team.
- Collaborate constructively with colleagues, external partners (including architects, mechanical, piping, and other specialists), and clients to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Bachelor degree in Structural Engineering/Civil Engineering.
- Master's Degree Structural Engineering/Civil Engineering - nice to have.
- You have a minimum of 3 years of technical experience in structural engineering, including the design and analysis of various concrete and steel structures.
- Experience with international projects (outside Romania) is considered an advantage.
- You are proficient in using Revit or similar.
- Experience with structural calculation software is a plus.
- You possess strong communication skills.
- You have a high level of proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
