Working within Toll Global Forwarding, you will play a key role in supporting office operations, facilities management, workplace culture, onboarding activities and employee experience initiatives. A day in the life of a Corporate Services Coordinator at Toll Group · Coordinate day-to-day office and facilities operations across the workplace. · Manage visitor, contractor and supplier interactions while maintaining compliance and safety standards. · Support workplace health, safety and environmental requirements, including site inspections and training records. · Assist with employee onboarding, workspace setup and offboarding activities. · Coordinate employee events, culture initiatives and internal communications. · Support travel arrangements, expenses and general administrative activities for senior leaders. Qualifications · Previous experience in office management, facilities coordination or workplace operations. · Strong Microsoft 365 skills and confidence learning new technologies. · Experience managing suppliers, contractors or external service providers. · Understanding of workplace safety and compliance requirements. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Experience working in a hybrid or technology-enabled environment.
