We are looking for a Senior Quality and Compliance Manager to oversee the compliance and quality assurance of our non-food pet products. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet regulatory standards and company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Review and organize technical documentation for consumer and pet products.
- Manage and register non-conformities and complaints.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Support internal own-brand product development teams.
- Review information/claims in instruction manuals, packaging and on the website.
- Support with internal implementation of new regulations (i.e. green claims, packaging, batteries).
- Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail sector.
- Knowledge of product quality norms, certifications, and standards.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well.
- Proficiency in English at a C1 level is essential.
- Experience in project management.
