More than making great pizza Of course, you’ll be making outstanding wood-fired pizzas, nailing dough preparation, managing your section, and delivering consistent quality during busy service. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook high-quality pizzas using a wood-fired oven Manage dough preparation, fermentation, stretching, and topping (BIGA and hand stretching pizzas) Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and food preparation Follow food safety standards and kitchen procedures Work collaboratively with the head chef and kitchen team Skills and Experience: Previous experience as a pizza chef and operating a wood-fired pizza oven.
