Job Description: Administration Assistant – Complex Care & Chronic Disease Permanent Part Time – 72 hours per fortnight Friendly and supportive team environment Fitzroy location Work within St Vincent’s Health Independence Program About the Role An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Administration Assistant to join the Complex Care & Chronic Disease (CC&CD) Team within St Vincent’s Health Independence Program (HIP). In this varied role, you will provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the CC&CD Team and broader HIP Management Team. You will play an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the service, working closely with managers, clinicians and team members to help achieve service objectives and deliver high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities include: Provide responsive administrative and operational support to the CC&CD Team and broader HIP Management Team Coordinate day-to-day office operations, including supplies, facilities and rostering support Manage office and clinical equipment, including procurement, registers, maintenance, servicing and annual calibration requirements Coordinate meetings, documentation and other administrative requirements Assist with the orientation and training of new staff Support audits, quality improvement activities and compliance requirements Maintain an organised, efficient and professional working environment Classification: Administration Assistant Grade 2, HS2–HS20 ($68,000 –$75,000 per annum, pro rata).
