PM and night shifts available through the week. Things that work for us: Previous experience in a similar role within aged care sector. Experience working with residents living with dementia desirable from a person-centred approach Certificate III in Individual Support / Certificate III Aged Care or similar qualification essential Must be available for nights and pm shifts. Ability to use computerised clinical management software such as Autumn Care Ability to follow directives as per care plan An ability to work within a multidisciplinary team Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (within 6 months). NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
