You will also work as part of the Leadership Team, and participate in service development at the CCU including the review of clinical, team and operational processes. Participate in the development of strategies (in conjunction with team and leadership group) to enhance the quality of service delivered by the CCU. Display a high standard of clinical practice and professional conduct at all times. Provide supervision to students and junior OT staff in accordance with hospital policy. Classifications for this position will range from OT Grade 4 HR9 - HR12 ($107,260 - $122,548 per annum pro rata) Your Contribution The successful applicant must have a minimum of 5 Years post qualification clinical experience within Mental Health Services.
