Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will provide financial insights, drive planning processes, and support decisions that improve growth, profitability, and operational performance. As a trusted finance analyst, you'll combine financial expertise, business intelligence, and commercial analysis to help our business make informed decisions while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. What You Will Do Lead the end-to-end forecasting, projection, and annual budgeting processes for the Medical APAC division. Own monthly profit and loss reporting, ensuring financial results are accurate, complete, and delivered on time. Analyse sales, margin, and operating performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support business objectives. Present monthly financial results, forecasts, and key business insights to regional leadership teams. Support the evaluation of business decisions, investments, and sales initiatives through financial analysis and performance modelling. Deliver continuous improvement projects that enhance financial processes, reporting capabilities, and business outcomes. What You Will Need Required Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in financial audit, assurance, management accounting, commercial analysis or a related finance position. Experience preparing budgets, forecasts, management reports, and financial analyses. Experience analysing profit and loss statements and translating financial data into business recommendations. Preferred Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent). Experience supporting commercial, sales, or regional business operations within a multinational organization. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
