Work Flexibility: Hybrid Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm Overtime based on business needs What you will do The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers before and after sales, supporting the sales team by fostering strong client relationships that directly impact service and product revenue. This role involves handling customer inquiries, coordinating with internal departments to resolve issues related to product information, pricing, shipping, warranty claims, and repairs, while also identifying new and add-on business opportunities. Serve as a liaison for internal and external customers, answering calls and processing email requests with professionalism and accuracy Place and process product orders while partnering with the Warehouse and Logistics team to ensure timely distribution Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the field sales team by providing accurate and complete product information Perform data entry in Salesforce and ensure all order and customer records are up to date Meet required KPIs, including purchase order processing, call handling, and email response times Follow up on customer inquiries and support improvements in communication, workflow, and process guidelines Collaborate with the customer service team and escalate issues to supervisors or managers as needed Ensure compliance with all medical device regulatory requirements and perform additional duties as assigned What you need Required High School Diploma or GED Three (3) years’ relevant work experience Preferred Experience as account representative; order entry; SAP Medical Device Experience $26.55 - $35.91 USD Hourly Travel Percentage: 0% Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility.
