Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring needs. Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand requirements and priorities. Lead the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets within agreed timelines. Track key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, vendors, and sourcing partners. Drive bulk, lateral, and leadership hiring initiatives. Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Prepare and present hiring reports, dashboards, and recruitment insights to leadership. Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate recruitment operations. What You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 12+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience. Experience managing high-volume and niche hiring requirements. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience managing recruitment budgets, vendors, and sourcing channels. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics. Ability to manage competing priorities and meet hiring targets within tight deadlines. What Would Be Nice To Have: Experience managing large-scale hiring projects and ramp-up requirements. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Workday. Experience with recruitment analytics and reporting tools, including Power BI and advanced Excel. Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
