We are currently looking for a Junior/Middle Email Marketing Manager to join our project Brainer, which is building a comprehensive online platform for measuring, training, and systematically developing human cognitive abilities.
Brainer is a digital space for those who want to think faster, deeper, and more effectively. It brings together:
- brain quizzes;
- brain games;
- puzzles;
- courses and educational modules.
What will be in your focus:
- Setting up and maintaining all transactional emails of the product.
- Building and optimizing automated flows: trial onboarding, conversion to subscription, upsell, retention, win-back.
- Working on growing the number of trials from the email channel.
- Launching and optimizing the warm-up flow.
- End-to-end localization of email communications for different markets.
- Writing email copy in English, preparing layouts, and coding emails.
- Running A/B tests and analyzing campaign performance.
- Analyzing competitors and looking for new ideas for the email channel.
You are our perfect match if:
- You have at least 1 year of experience in email marketing at a B2C product company
- You understand the subscription product funnel: trial, conversion to subscription, retention, upsell.
- You have experience with at least one ESP (Customer.io, Braze, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, SendGrid, or similar).
- You have basic HTML email coding skills or work confidently with email builders (Stripo, BEE, MJML).
- You understand key email metrics: open rate, CTR, conversion, unsubscribe, spam complaints.
- Your English is at least Upper-Intermediate for writing emails.
Nice to have:
- Experience with subscription products.
- Experience localizing email campaigns for multiple languages and markets.
- Understanding of deliverability basics: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warm-up.
- Experience running A/B tests and analyzing their results.
- Basic data skills: Google Sheets, Amplitude, Looker Studio, or similar.
- Ability to work in Figma at the level of editing layouts.
