Position Overview:
As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll do more than fix units—you’ll become a specialist in advanced controlled environment systems, learning controls, commissioning, and precision troubleshooting that most HVAC techs never get to touch.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Service & troubleshoot commercial HVAC and controlled environment systems
- Start up, diagnose, and repair equipment including:
- Air Handling Units (AHUs)
- Air-Cooled & Water-Cooled Condensing Units (ACCUs/WCCUs)
- Chillers, Reheat Systems, and Humidifiers
- Specialized environmental control systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and detailed system inspections
- Assist with installations and retrofits of HVAC and control systems
- Travel to customer sites across the U.S. (up to 60%, including overnight)
- Work independently and collaboratively, delivering top-tier service to customers who rely on precision environments

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of HVAC service experience
- EPA certification
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license, U.S. Passport, and Real ID for travel
Preferred:
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC service
- Experience or interest in balancing, commissioning, controls, or PLC programming
