In this position, you will combine technical understanding, commercial awareness, and customer-focused problem solving to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships, prepare quotations, and ensure customers receive the right solutions to keep their operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities Manage assigned customer accounts and build long-term customer relationships. Prepare quotations and provide technical support for Valmet marine spare parts solutions. Respond to customer inquiries and help resolve order-related issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Recommend suitable spare parts solutions based on customer needs. Contribute to process improvements and excellent customer experience. Expectations for you Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Engineering or another relevant technical field. 2-5 years of experience in technical sales, spare parts sales, or a similar customer-facing role. Experience working in an international business environment. Technical understanding of industrial equipment and the ability to interpret technical drawings. Marine industry experience is considered an advantage. Strong communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently. Fluent written and spoken English. Willingness to travel occasionally.
