David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading global provider of customer experience and business process outsourcing services that is seeking to onboard a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join their team in Lisbon. The successful candidate will provide customer support for an international medical technology company specialising in innovative diabetes management devices, assisting users with product enquiries, order processing, and general customer service requests.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and empathetic manner
Provide accurate information and guidance regarding medical devices, product features, and functionality
Assist customers with product-related questions and resolve service issues efficiently
Support customers with the transition to direct product distribution and address related concerns
Request and collect documentation required by customers' healthcare payers
Process customer orders and coordinate product shipments to ensure timely delivery
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation of interactions
Deliver high standards of customer satisfaction while following established procedures
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent Spanish and English, both written and spoken
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation with an empathetic and patient approach
Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer enquiries efficiently
Comfortable using computers, digital platforms, and customer management systems
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team
Previous experience in Customer Support, Healthcare, or Medical Devices is considered an advantage
Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon
Flexibility to work rotational shifts within a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
