Position Overview
This individual is responsible for daily intake of all vendor invoicing including the dispersion and communication to all team members for out-of-tolerance invoices. This individual is also responsible for ensuring that the R&M team receives all appropriate credits from invoice disputes.
Principle Accountabilities
- Invoice life cycle - up to approval for payment
- Disputed over charges
- Dispersion of out of tolerance invoicing (quote not matching invoice total)
- Ensure accounts have No past due invoicing
- Communicates daily request(s) needing to be completed
- Communicates month-end targets and provides team updates
Position Requirements
- Advanced Technology understanding and competency in asset management systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively and efficiently prioritize tasks
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Compensation
$20-24 hourly + bonus structure
