As a Junior Billing Analyst, you will:
Areas of Responsibility:
Manage a dedicated portfolio of trade partners, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of financial operations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Sales, Legal, Operations) to resolve issues and provide visibility on performance indicators.
Support process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
Monitor and report on relevant KPIs, such as billing accuracy and open disputes.
Monitor and report on KPIs for assigned partners and cases, supporting the manager in achieving financial targets by focusing on assigned cases and operators.
Contribute to audits, reconciliations, and internal control reviews.
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, finance operations, or a related area.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Upper-Intermediate English (B2 or higher).
Good understanding of billing and invoicing processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP or finance tools.
Experience working with international clients or partners.
Experience with electronic document management or e-invoicing.
Will Be an Advantage:
Experience with electronic document management and/or e-invoicing.
Experience in the Telco or IT industry.
Familiarity with Power BI, YayPay, D365, or similar finance/automation tools.
Experience handling billing disputes or invoice discrepancies.
Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
