The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Applications team. In addition to typing, filing, and scheduling; performs duties such as coordination of meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, coordinating direct mailings, and working on special projects as needed. Location: Staunton, VA – Hybrid What you will do: Provide general clerical assistance to the Sales Applications team. Prepare presentations, reports, memoranda, transcription, and data entry; compose letters and routine correspondence; and research information. Responsible for reception and telephone duties as needed, including signing for front office packages. May be required to make meeting and travel arrangements. Responsible for sorting and distributing mail. Administer office operations or specialized business functions.
