CSLについて CSLは、患者さんの命を救うという使命のもと、革新的なバイオ医薬品の研究・開発・提供を行うグローバルバイオテクノロジー企業です。最新のテクノロジーを活用し、免疫疾患、希少疾患、血液疾患領域において、患者さんのニーズに応える革新的な治療法を提供しています。ポジション概要 CSL Japanでは、Sales and Distribution Associate（販売管理担当者）を募集しています。本ポジションは、SAPおよび関連システムの維持・改善を通じて、受注、出荷、請求業務を支える重要な役割です。 Demand Planning、Logistics Operations、Finance、Business Unit、IT部門および外部パートナーと連携しながら、CSL製品の安定供給と事業継続に貢献していただきます。主な職務内容 SAP・システム管理 SAPおよび周辺システムの安定稼働を維持する社内IT部門および外部ベンダーと連携し、システム改善、変更管理、インターフェース管理を推進する受注、出荷、請求に関わる各種ドキュメントの作成および管理を行う業務効率化に向けた継続的な改善活動を推進する受注・出荷・請求管理 SAPを使用した受注処理、出荷処理、請求処理を正確かつタイムリーに実施するグローバル標準手順に従い、適切に業務を遂行する返品や価格調整に伴う赤伝処理を実施する業務記録の管理および監査対応を行うマスタデータ管理顧客マスタおよび価格マスタを管理する SAPおよび関連システムにおけるデータ品質と整合性を維持するグローバル基準に基づくマスタデータ管理を行う在庫・供給管理卸在庫をモニタリングし、適正在庫の維持に貢献する出荷、販売実績および在庫データを分析し、必要なレポートを提供する限定出荷品目の割付管理および出荷調整を実施する出荷・販売トレンドを分析し、供給リスクを早期に特定する Demand Planningの予測精度向上を支援するクロスファンクショナルな連携 Logistics Operations、Demand Planning、Finance、Business Unitおよび外部パートナーと連携する販売管理および供給管理業務を通じて事業継続を支援する業務改善プロジェクトやクロスファンクショナルな取り組みに参画する応募資格・経験必須要件 SAPを用いた受注、出荷、請求業務の実務経験（3～5年程度） SAPおよび関連システムの開発、改善または運用経験 SAPおよび関連システムに関する知識 Microsoft Officeの実務利用経験データ分析力および問題解決能力クロスファンクショナルな関係者との協業経験語学力日本語：ネイティブレベル英語： Global Teamとメール、文書、および口頭でコミュニケーションができるレベル歓迎要件在庫管理、需給計画またはサプライチェーン業務経験 SAPマスタデータ管理経験グローバル企業での業務経験 About CSL Behring CSL Behring is a global biotherapeutics leader driven by our promise to save lives.
