Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing Intern Role Overview Gain exposure to infrastructure technologies including: Wintel UNIX Virtualization Cloud technologies Key Responsibilities Develop operations dashboards and reports. Perform backend tasks supporting L1 support teams. Support day-to-day operational processes. Receive training on software applications and operational tools. Assist with technical troubleshooting and issue resolution. Support service teams with technical and customer-related queries. Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office. Basic understanding of desktop operating systems, software applications, and PC hardware. Basic knowledge of networking and internet technologies is an advantage. Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to manage multiple tasks and coordinate different requirements. Good problem-solving and research skills.
