Job Description: 工作职责： 1、报表与仪表盘开发 — 基于Power BI平台设计并开发交互式报表与仪表盘，覆盖医药核心业务场景（销售分析、渠道管理、库存监控、合规追踪等），确保数据可视化的准确性与业务可读性 2、数据建模与DAX开发 — 构建Power BI语义模型（Semantic Model），设计星型/雪花模型，编写复杂DAX度量值与计算列，实现业务指标的灵活计算与多维分析 3、数据接入与转换 — 使用Power Query（M语言）实现多源数据接入与清洗转换，对接数仓、AWS S3、Excel、API等数据源，确保数据管道稳定可靠 4、报表性能优化与发布 — 优化报表加载性能（数据模型精简、DAX查询优化、增量刷新配置），通过Power BI Service/Premium进行报表发布、权限管理与定时刷新配置 5、RLS安全与权限管理 — 设计并实施行级安全策略（Row-Level Security），根据医药行业数据合规要求，确保不同角色（区域经理、经销商、总部管理层）仅可访问授权数据 6、参与数据抽取、转换、加载（ETL）相关工作，具备一定的数据处理和开发能力，确保数据准确、高效地接入 Power BI。 7、与业务部门、开发团队及客户保持紧密沟通，深入了解业务需求，提供合适的 BI 解决方案。任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，计算机、统计学、数据科学或相关专业，3-5年Power BI开发经验，具备医药/医疗健康行业BI项目经验者优先 2、精通Power BI Desktop、Power BI Service，熟练掌握DAX函数与Power Query（M语言），具备语义模型设计、增量刷新、复合模型（Composite Model）等高级特性的实战经验 3、具备扎实的维度建模能力（星型/雪花模型），精通SQL查询与性能调优，能独立完成从数据源到可视化的端到端开发 4、熟悉Power BI与Snowflake的DirectQuery/Import连接模式，了解AWS数据服务（S3、Glue、Redshift）与Power BI的数据集成方案；具备跨平台数据对接经验 5、了解医药行业数据特点与合规要求，熟悉数据脱敏、RLS权限控制等数据安全实践，能根据业务合规需求设计数据访问策略 6、优秀的视觉设计感与用户体验意识，能将复杂数据转化为直观易懂的可视化呈现，良好的英语读写能力，能阅读英文技术文档，具备口语能力者优先 At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
