Technical Services Advisor About the Role Remote, NY Key Responsibilities Technical Consulting & Implementation Partner with clients and Business Service Consultants to understand technical needs and business goals. Support Solumina implementations through configuration, extensions, and system integrations. Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain system stability and performance. Design and optimize technical solutions aligned with best practices. Build and configure integrations between Solumina and external systems. Client Engagement & Support Serve as a trusted technical advisor on system usage, enhancements, and best practices. Deliver training and workshops to help client teams effectively use and integrate Solumina. Maintain strong client relationships through ongoing support and proactive guidance. Project Management & Documentation Coordinate with project teams to plan and execute assigned tasks on schedule. Create and maintain technical documentation supporting customer requirements.
