Responsibilities:
- Oversee coordination and detailed documentation for weekly Talent pitch meetings.
- Update talent boards, requiring extreme attention to detail.
- Update daily talent calendar, weekly talk show listings, guest comedy documents and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Conduct research on behalf of the talent and music department and assist with special projects.
- Manage 2 Talent interns, providing them with support, direction and feedback.
- Organize expense reports and holiday/birthday/guest gifts.
- Coordinate department meetings and communication between multiple departments.
- Oversee merchandise orders and distribution, ticket requests and petty cash for talent department.
- Coordinate daily entertainment and music newsletter.
Basic Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum one-year professional television or film work experience required.
- Must be proficient on Mac.
- Demonstrate computer knowledge (Excel, Word).
- Must be able to work some overtime.
- Must be 18 years or older.

- Hourly salary range: $17.00 - $20.00
- The candidate who fills this position will be paid at least 60 hours per week regardless of whether they work less than 60 hours. Hours over 40 hrs/wk will be paid at the appropriate overtime rate.
