The Role & What You Will Be Doing The scope of the Commercial Excellence Support role is to provide data analysis, reporting, and actionable insights that help improve sales force effectiveness, support business decision-making, and enhance commercial performance through analytics and innovative digital solutions. Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Commercial Excellence Support role will contribute: Support the preparation and maintenance of regular reporting on the territorial performance of Medical Field Force and Commercial Sales Teams, integrating internal and external market data. Analyze sales performance, field activity and customer engagement data, contributing to the generation of actionable insights and the preparation of presentations and recommendations to support management decision-making. Support territorial alignment activities by contributing to the analysis and optimization of sales force coverage across Medical and Commercial field teams. Contribute to customer segmentation and targeting activities by supporting data analysis and the maintenance of customer segmentation models. Support the definition, monitoring and analysis of sales targets and sales incentive plans, contributing to the validation of results and performance indicators. Monitor the quality, completeness and consistency of commercial data, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and analytical tools. Support the collection, integration and preparation of data from multiple business sources for reporting and analytical purposes. Contribute to the development and maintenance of dashboards and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI), promoting a data-driven culture across the organization. Support data validation activities, ensuring dataset quality and contributing to the documentation of data flows. Participate in the testing and continuous enhancement of reporting tools, databases and analytics platforms (e.g. Microsoft Fabric or similar technologies). Support the integration of data and information across multiple platforms and business applications, contributing to the creation of a connected and scalable analytics ecosystem. Contribute to projects focused on the automation of reporting and analytical processes, leveraging Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI and machine learning technologies to support Commercial Excellence activities and drive innovation. About Your Skills & Experience For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences: Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or in progress) in Management Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or a related quantitative field. Strong interest in data analysis and commercial/business processes. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, R, Microsoft Fabric or other Business Intelligence and Data Analytics tools is considered a plus. Interest in Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics and Artificial Intelligence. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
