Major Tasks & Responsibilities: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned functions, ensuring high-quality delivery against business talent pipeline needs and KPIs. Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies, leveraging AI tools and digital solutions to identify top talent and optimize daily recruitment efficiency. Act as the primary consultant for hiring managers and HR partners, providing expert guidance on role requirements, sourcing strategies, and cost estimates. Conduct screening and interviews; formulate well-balanced offer proposals and lead complex negotiations to ensure successful onboarding. Coach managers on compliant ATS usage and interview methodologies; maintain high data integrity and recruitment governance. Proactively identify service delivery gaps and lead corrective actions or projects to improve TA excellence and throughput. Other duties and project work as required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related disciplines. Minimum 8 years of TA experience, with a proven track record in high-level sourcing and end-to-end process management. Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and verbal). Ability to balance a "hands-on" result-driven approach with customer-centricity and an "outside-in" market view. Strong managerial presence with the ability to navigate, influence, and simplify complex tasks across a matrix organization.
