Preference will be given, by seniority, to those qualified nurses who were serially displaced within the 18 months following his/her displacement according to MNA contract section 9.4 (f)(1). Minimum Requirements: Current Mass RN license Current AHA BLS and ACLS certification required. At least 6months-1 year recent (within the last 12months) critical care experience required; ability to demonstrate competency in core critical care skills: ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management, post STEMI care; evidence of relevant continuing education Recommended Requirements: BSN & CCRN Preferred.
