Service Contracts Administration:
Prepare, issue and follow-up Service Contract renewals according to the rolling monthly/quarterly customer contract schedule.
Monitor and track all new plant commissioning and installations to ensure the capture of Service Contracts across the Installed Base before installation.
Provide weekly target updates to the Technical Services Lead .
Update and upload Service Contracts on the internal IT systems ensuring current revisions are maintained at all times.
Site visits as required
Process and input all Service Contract orders and invoicing in accordance with the Company’s Financial procedures.
Track the Contract Backlog Report to ensure the scheduling of all Service Contract orders are delivered within agreed time-frames.
Take ownership for resolving all Service Contract queries in a timely manner.
General Administration Duties:
Carry out administrative duties to support the efficient and effective operation of the Service Department as required.
Respond to all Customer enquiries in a professional and efficient manner and ensure that all queries are closed out without delay.
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve upon the requirements of the role.
Ad Hoc Duties:
Provide coverage within the Service Department during periods of absence.
Participate in company Stock Checks as required.
Any other Ad Hoc duties as required.
3rd Level qualification desirable
Experience in a similar role preferable
