โข Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration via IaC frameworks like Terraform or Pulumi.
โข Monitor cluster health, resource utilization, and application performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
โข Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and secure network policies for all workloads.
โข Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning for both cluster and application workloads.
โข Collaborate with developers to adopt GitOps practices and container security scanning.
โข Implement roleโbased access controls, secrets management, and compliance automation.
โข Troubleshoot production incidents, root cause analysis, and postโmortem documentation.

โข Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipeline design.
โข Solid knowledge of container security best practices and tools like Kube-bench and Aqua.
โข Strong analytical and problemโsolving skills, with a track record of incident resolution.
โข Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
โข Familiarity with monitoring and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK).
โข Experience with GitOps and Helm package management.
