โข Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering.

โข Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Prince2, Agile).
โข Excellent negotiation, procurement, and subcontractor management skills.
โข Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, Revit, etc.).
โข Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage crossโfunctional stakeholder expectations.
โข In-depth understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to construction.
