This district-wide role supports K–12 students and includes supervision of Behavior Support Assistants (BSAs). Job Highlights: Location: Yelm, WA Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Setting: In-person, school-based; district-wide Start Date: ASAP End Date: June 16, 2027 Caseload: K–12 students across multiple school sites Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Design and monitor strategies that support student behavior, communication, and independence Collect and analyze data to evaluate progress and adjust interventions Supervise BSAs and provide guidance on implementing behavior support plans Train and collaborate with school staff to promote consistent, effective student support Partner with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers Contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and participate in team meetings Maintain accurate documentation and communicate student progress Travel between assigned school sites as needed Qualifications: Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Washington State behavior analyst license, or willingness to obtain it OSPI fingerprint clearance, or willingness to complete fingerprinting Experience supporting school-aged students preferred Experience conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and using data to guide interventions Strong supervision, communication, organization, and collaboration skills Willingness to provide all services and supervision in person Ability to support students and staff across multiple school sites Ability to complete required district onboarding and background checks Benefits: Paid Sick Leave Healthcare Benefits* 401(k) with company matching W-2 employment with general and professional liability insurance Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and other professional expenses Mileage reimbursement at IRS rate between school sites Referral bonuses No non-compete clauses Paid time off for volunteer work and donation matching* Benefits apply to 0.8 FTE and above, following a short waiting period.
