Your Opportunity: Taylor is seeking an Equipment Feeder who plays a crucial role in the production process by ensuring that machinery is continuously supplied with the necessary materials and resources. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. Work Authorization: To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. Your Responsibilities: Load and feed materials into production equipment according to specifications and production schedules. Monitor equipment operation and material flow to prevent disruptions in production. Perform routine checks on equipment to ensure proper functionality and report any issues to the supervisor. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Assist with the setup and adjustment of equipment as needed. Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain efficiency. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives. Your Shift: Thursday - Saturday 6:00am - 6:00pm Requirements Within This Position: Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand Regularly required to remain in a stationary position Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials Frequently required to move inside the facility Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry) The anticipated hourly range for this position is $18.00 - 23.00 The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
