Join Envalior – Imagine The Future!

Are you passionate about cybersecurity and eager to help protect a global organization against evolving threats? At Envalior, we are shaping the future of high-performance materials through innovation, reliability, and operational excellence. For our Pune, India site, we are looking for a Vulnerability Manager to join our Cyber- & Information Security Office and bring vulnerability management expertise in-house.

IMAGINE THE FUTURE AT ENVALIOR

At Envalior, the future is not only imagined — it is pioneered. We foster an environment where every voice is heard and ideas are valued. Empowerment drives our teams to take initiative, explore new solutions, and continuously improve operations. Join us and become part of a team where safety, performance, and continuous improvement come together to deliver cybersecurity excellence.

As a Vulnerability Manager, you will protect Envalior’s global IT and OT environments by ensuring vulnerabilities are continuously identified, assessed, prioritized, and remediated in a risk-based manner. By bringing this expertise in-house, you strengthen internal capabilities, improve accountability, accelerate remediation, and reduce reliance on external providers, directly contributing to reduced cyber risk, improved operational resilience, and stronger regulatory compliance.

Your responsibilities

  • Identify, detect and analyse vulnerabilities within the network, cloud, datacenter, infrastructure, internet-facing systems and web applications through tool-based scans.
  • Analyse and prioritize vulnerabilities based on parameters such as VPR score, exploitability and asset criticality, and recommend remediations in line with industry standards such as CISA and CVE.
  • Create and follow up on vulnerability management tickets to ensure tracking and closure.
  • Share reports and insights with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Track and monitor scan and vulnerability status via Tenable dashboards, and prepare dashboards as agreed with the business.
  • Reconcile asset inventory through discovery and CMDB, sharing differences with the relevant Envalior stakeholders.
  • Provide weekly and monthly statistics and trends to the business.
  • Highlight cases where vulnerabilities cannot be remediated by the relevant resolver groups.
  • Create and maintain relevant documentation.
  • Work closely with IT, OT, application, infrastructure and business stakeholders, as well as external partners, to drive risk-based remediation and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Academic degree in IT or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in vulnerability management or cybersecurity.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize risk based on exploitability, asset criticality and industry standards.
  • Experience with vulnerability scanning and reporting tools (e.g. Tenable) is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working with both IT and OT environments across a global organization.
  • A proactive, structured approach, with strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
